Coming out of a meeting, I received the news Prince Rogers Nelson's work here is done. My first thought was to check on my big Cuz Tyrone. He put me on to Prince over 30 years ago.


I have never (personally) met Prince; however, I believe Darling Nikki was my first girlfriend who never returned. I know Purple Rain has always been my most desired fantasy, and today, I encompass doves crying.


There are individuals who we will never met, yet their contributions relay comfort, relatabilty, and friendship. For me, Prince was one of those individuals. A legend has left the building. Rest Easy...Kid.
