A few days ago, I posed a question...
"As a business partner, your choices are Dame Dash or Shawn Carter "Jay-Z", who are you rocking with?"
Well, here is my position...
There is no denying, Shawn Carter is a renowned entrepreneurial mogul and artist. However, there is one characteristic that Dame Dash's interjection presents, as a business partner, that is to be considered despite his unpredictable social personality. When he eats, his partners eat. Dame put everybody on when business was booming.
Shawn Carter walked away to a perfect home. Yet, did his partners eat at his table? Personal feelings can make it hard to eat when doing business. Jay made a decision, but was it personal or business?
Alternatively, did Dame make personal matters business? It is up for debate; however, Jay is on top today. Have his partners ate? No, I did not forget about Ye'. I am just saying, do you recall when you could not count all them boys on one hand?
Positional leaders do it for position. Genuine leaders do it with the people.
If I have to choose, I am rocking with Dame Dash.
